4th March 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm| Free
About this Event
MINAB invites mosque leaders and leaders of London faith communities to a seminar on safety and security for places of worship at City Hall.
Following the stabbing incident at London Central Mosque in Regent’s Park, MINAB is extremely concerned about the status of Safety & Security in mosques and urges all to take serious steps to keep mosques, Islamic Centres and other places of worship safe & secure.
This session that will provide key support & strategic advice, is an opportunity to hear important safety and security advice which is relevant to mosques and any place of worship.
There will be a free seminar on the simple and effective mitigation activity that all places of worship can immediately deploy to keep their premises and worshippers safe.
This is an opportunity for the mosques to review their security arrangements and train volunteers on security and health & safety related matters so that they are better prepared to deal with any hate crime incidents or violent attacks happening in mosques.
